At The Mabel, operated by AD Ecom BV, we are committed to fulfilling your orders efficiently and transparently. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed the same or next business day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT) on any weekday (Monday through Friday) are eligible for same-day processing. Orders received after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.

Pre-Order Items

Items marked as "Pre-Order" require additional processing time of 8–10 business days before shipment. Once shipped, standard delivery timelines apply.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard delivery: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. No minimum purchase amount is required. The applicable shipping rate will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. We reserve the right to modify our shipping rates at any time.

Order Tracking

You can track your order via our Track & Trace page on our website. Tracking information typically becomes available 2–3 business days after your order is placed. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.

How to Place an Order

Our ordering process is straightforward:

  1. Visit the product page and add the desired item to your cart.
  2. Review your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout."
  3. Enter your shipping address and click "Continue to Shipping."
  4. Review your address and click "Continue to Payment."
  5. Select a payment method and click "Complete Order."
  6. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed.

Address Changes

Address changes may be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address and is disposed of by the carrier after the standard holding period, we are unable to issue a full refund. A reshipment may be arranged for a fee of 15% of the original order total.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

The Mabel / AD Ecom BV is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by UK or international customs authorities upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend reviewing your country's import regulations before placing your order. If you refuse to pay applicable customs fees or fail to collect your package, we are not liable for any resulting loss. Unclaimed or refused packages will not be eligible for a refund of the original order amount.
